Fantastic location, convenient for everyone. Abundance of food and shopping options nearby. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Great wifi, super fast. Scenic views from higher floors. Helpful staff that returned lost phone. Recommended for all travelers.

Not obvious to find.

The price/quality ratio of this hotel is very good. What I liked most was the view from the 28th floor where my room was. The breakfast was very good. The gym, although without any luxury, was complete and clean

The method of payment was really weird. Initially, when I arrived I had to make a deposit of 1000 RMB with my card, although the price was around 715. Finally on the last day, they ordered to withdraw the 715 initially estimated, although this payment took 3 more days to be processed. The truth is that this situation creates some uncertainty, especially in a country where you can't communicate well. On the other hand, the hotel does not have a swimming pool currently open, nor any restaurant apart from the breakfast buffet. THE INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECT. And all this is a pity, since the hotel is very good.

Great location near shops, restaurants, and cafes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the rooms and around the hotel needs replacing. The elevators need repair as they don't have sensors and close on you.

check-in system could be better coordinated. the registration counter could not find our online booking through Booked.net and took quite a while to resolve that.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious and exclusive experience. We were impressed by the outstanding catering service and private facilities provided within the venue. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were well maintained and added to our enjoyment. The room advantages provided here were exclusive and impressive.

The only minor negative aspect of our stay was the lack of service provided at the bar/lounge area. This could have been improved, but did not affect our overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Xiao Bai Lou metro station, which is perfect for easy transportation. Despite being next to a massive road intersection with horns blaring, the soundproof rooms keep the noise at bay. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the staff were helpful in changing the room due to cigarette smell on the first night.

The gym's equipment needs an upgrade, and the service at the hotel could use some improvement.

The reason I stay at Renaissance is for the location only !

I checked in on 19th Jan @ 9.30 am and had breakfast. Checked out on 21st Jan before 6am without breakfast. Hotel charged me for the breakfast on 19th and not accepting to adjust for the 21st. Staff at that moment was very rude ! Being a frequent traveler, the hotel should have this flexibility ! This has compelled me to look into another during my next visit in June / July 2016 !

As someone who loves convenience, this hotel's location right next to a subway station was a major plus. It made it easy for me to explore the city center and even travel to the airport without any hassle. Additionally, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the delicious breakfast served every morning. The staff were also friendly and made my stay comfortable.
